sorry i'm a bit late in getting back. A carry out is middle upper crust speak. The derry call it a cargo. That was a time when drink didn't burn a hole in your pocket and you had enough left for fiss (and I have no idea how that came about? Must have been the sasonacs that introduced the h?) supper.
