Seven miles from work and a train station two hundred metres away so jr can commute to Uni. I know the town quite well and it's stuffed with cafes, pubs, bookshops, bakeries, all the market town stuff. Bow's just up the road and I know a farm by there that sells it's own oing meat and there's a wealth of farm shops really close as well as two supermarkets.

Apparently those two areas are unitary authorities and not run by Devon County Council.
Bit confusing on the map though, especially with it looking like Plymouth is in Cornwall.
