Ah. I wasn't aware that intelligence and personality were requirements. More like talentless wannabee.
It's one of those 'just make it go away shows' that has been milked to death and is well past its sell by date.
No ones forcing you to watch it.
And I don't watch it these days.
And you don’t need to be snotty about it.
I don’t watch it either. Not all that entertaining anymore.
I don't need to be snotty about it, but I still can be. Freedom of speech and all that.
It doesn't change the fact that the show would be equally well named as 'Wannabees are us'.
You can be but you don’t have to be.
Anyway, the latest one and a more up to date B.B. style of reality tv is The Circle, just started this week on Ch4.
It’s very much like social media where being popular keeps you in the game and ultimately win the prize money. They never meet while they’re in the game so can claim to be whatever they want. It makes B.B. look dated.
There’s a man pretending to be a woman, using his girlfriends pics (he’s quite likeable), a very camp gay bloke pretending to be a hetero geezer bloke (he’s awful!), an older woman who pretended to be a doctor (she got voted out but I missed that episode and don’t know why), a young woman pretending to be an old man by using her grandpas pics (she’s likeable too) and a woman with a secret- which is that she’s a full time mum not a young free and single party animal.
It’s been quite good so far.
