Town is desperate in Torquay, the whole place is rotting away now.

Every council owned gardens/park is being neglected, or at least severely cut back on. It's the same up here, some roads were getting so bad that the local farmer got out and cut them - back roads too, so bendy you need to see...

It's all over the place, and while the poor get poorer, the rich get richer. Austerity is the biggest con a government has ever came out with.
