I quite like Annabelle too

Weirdly one of the mums from school sent me a text this morning confirming some birthday nonsense for mine, and she signed it Iona

My youngest boys girlfriend is called Iona.
I'm not a fan though because he said she was his favourite now instead of me :woteva: :gigglesnshit:

Names are cyclic anyway

My daughter has at least 5 girls called Mia in her year, maybe they are the Kylies of the future

I think, for me, Mia is a lovely name because (in Italian) it means 'my/mine'. So I'm thinking along the lines of 'my girl'...if that make sense?

It wouldn't be my choice but as a name it's pretty sweet, I was just making the point that what is seen as 'nice' often changes and overused names can quickly drop out of fashion, I'm pretty sure all those parents in the 60/70's didn't call their children Tracey or Wayne because they are awful names (no offence to any we might have here)

When I was at school there were a lot of 'Lauras' that seemed to be a very popular name during my school times

Is that the same woman you sexually assaulted in the pub, or a different woman?

That woman I never sexually assaulted. Dean. You need to get some new material, as this has already been answered many times. I don't know their name and I don't know her phone number. Nor do I want to after being verbally abused and physically assaulted (hair pulling from behind). I dodged a bullet there, but how long do you want to dine out on this. It must be at least a couple of years since the incident occurred.

Yes, while other people are discussing baby names when the thread title is 'where is everyone'. Of course it's all my fault.
