It's a fair argument to make though.

If someone is still biologically male (although what exactly constitutes "male" is also up for a debate) should they be allowed to use spaces ordinarily reserved for women only no matter what that person identifies as or believes themselves to be? What happens in the event an assault takes place?

I can see why some (mostly TERFs I presume) object to that situation. I think realistically the likelihood of a crime occurring is low and trans people are more likely to be on the receiving end of abuse rather than perpetrating but it's not a settled issue I guess.

I heard a radio discussion about this a while ago. The men caught in the ladies toilets or changing rooms that had committed a sexual offense since the law was passed were all Sex offenders. None were cross dressers or transexual

Yes I remember a trans near us growing up who got dog's abuse and I don't want that but now as in most things the swing has gone too far the other way and if you don't bow and scape to them and concede to their every demand you're some sort of bigot.
