you truly are devoid of any logic, compassion and common sense. It is impossible to have any rational discussion with you.
Of course we can not ban thunder and lightning but we can ban man made shit that creates nothing but misery to pets and wild life plus injuries to people, damage to properties and bush firers....So YES, I'm a person that says 'let's ban this because I don't like it'
Nice.I just think it's the thin end of the wedge type stuff. Again, if animals can cope with things like thunderstorms, why can't they cope with fireworks?
You get wildlife living near to railway lines and airports. They don't seem too bothered about the constant noise.
It's been proven that when farmers use bird scarers to scare away birds from their crops, the birds get used to it and take no notice after a period of time.
etc.
Nice what? You don't think I have a point? You show nothing of the above BIB.
Wild life is usually in tune with nature, they do recognise when weather goes bad. Fireworks/crackers go off unpredictably, they also go off days before and days after the event.
Farmers do what they have to do to protect their crops, it's their livelihood, so it's a necessary evil but like you said, birds get used to it because it happens regularly.
Fireworks are not necessary. Wildlife living near rails and airports are used to it because the noise is there on a daily basis. Fireworks come along once or maybe twice a year, wild life has no chance of getting used to it.
...and are you aware of how many pets get lost or even die of fright? Why should that be allowed just because some idiots like loud bangs?
Anyway, I don't even know why I'm trying to explain this to you. You obviously have no care for other creatures, so I leave it at that.
