We've got the four kids and theit partners and three grandchildren coming tomorrow so Ive made a huuuge pot of Irish stew. Made with both steak pieces and mince, little scoosh of worcester sauce....tempted to eat bowl now, but its always nicer next day anyway.

Roast beef, sprouts, cauli cheese, yorkies and colcannon mash with white wine and garlic gravy frozen from Christmas.

Carrot cake and cream for pud.

My diet starts tomorrow :mrgreen:

Exactly why I did a stew. I've got a pound and a half of topside in the freezer but I can't be arsed.

Stuff the chicken breasts with the cheese, wrap in Parma ham and bake. :wink:

Serve with asparagus and creamy mash :wubbers:

I think i’d prefer it with asparagus... but cba getting out my PJs to go get some! :laughing:
