I had cheesy chips for the first time on Friday night. Was too drunk and hungry to care about how wrong they were. They tasted great at the time.

You've got taste, Sundaze. Beef stroggie is one of my best meals, I've said this before. :canny:

Grilled seabass today, it was lovely.

I love Beef Stroganoff, I don't make it very often because I love using eye fillet and can get quite costly but it's sooo worth it

Like what? What is it you don't like? Too rich maybe because of the cream? The wine? The mushrooms?

I made homemade chicken soup today, as being poorly thought it would be light. Smelt lovely cooking. Came to eat it, no appetite. Froze the left over.

I really don’t know what it is. It’s perplexed me for years. :dunno:

Fair enough, I guess we all have dislikes for certain foods and can't put a finger on it at why even though we like the ingredients individually.

Roast Filet of Pork with Calvados Apple Sauce, Green Beans, Peas, stuffing and gravy. Afters is a homemade Bread and Butter pudding with Apricot Brandy soaked Golden Raisins, and a splash of the old Yellow Peril. This evening's libation is a 2010 bottle of Heidsieck Monopole Gold Top as i'm feeling a bit flush due to just having remortgaged for debt consolidation and home improvements, and i just had 19.5K land in my bank account! And i thought i'd treat myself..... and Majestic had it on offer!!

What's not to love??!! :canny:
