What did I do today? Well, someone (OK, me ) left our freezer door open overnight.Fuck fuck fuck.Everything in there was either fully or near enough fully defrosted. So yeah, massive clean up and a shopping trip for a few of the standby freezer items. My butcher will get a nice healthy order tomorrow.
Oddly enough after the initial shock it felt quite liberating, starting from scratch, clean sheet,no half used items clogging up shelves etc.
