Yes, I know. :mrgreen: I was hinting on whether it's way overexaggerated or more typical.

i had an email from a delivery company at 4.09 am the other day telling me they'd tried to deliver but no-one was in. i caught them at 11.30 am the same day legging it after one knock on the door & not even leaving a card.

That's happened to me more that once. I've even seen them park the van for 30 seconds and not even bother with a knock.

A few weeks back the driver of one firm (can't remember which) signed for the parcel himself and then claimed it had been delivered.
