The river Thames froze that hard and solid every winter that fairs markets and giant bonfires were held on its frozen surface.
Imagine having winters like that now!
Before this mini ice age which caused massive and fairly regular crop failures which produced famines there was a generations long warming period.
There was no man made carbon activity to account for it so what happened?
The sun is what happened.
The sun isn't steady in its output.
It's a simple as that.
We're in a warming period that will end in a fucking freezing cold period suddenly maybe or more slowly but it will happen for generations no matter what we do or don't.
Enjoy the warm bit while its here.

The global warming story tells us that heat is being trapped in our atmosphere by mans carbon activities but the forecasts show something very different.
They show large blue areas ... cold .... the way it should be if there's no trapped heat.
Then it shows heat moving from North Africa and Southern Europe up to us leaving them somewhat cooler.
So this clearly has nothing to do with trapped heat. This is perfectly normal heat but it's being transferred .... not trapped.
Am I getting it right here?
Isn't our weather dependent on the jet stream moving?

Yes indeed Rollup, we are in a natural interglacial period and in such a period we will not experience an ice age, however as you say quite rightly that could change soon.

This is almost certainly not going to happen.
