Nope never have since i was a kid ,i have a mug of tea and a couple of cigs in the morning ,and then have a slice of toast around mid-day and that's me done until my meal at 5/6 o'clock

Tea with lemon this morning.
For me dinner .... what some call lunch except the dinner ladies I just had a bacon and egg bap covered in white pepper and OK sauce.

I don’t know what it’s doing for me but I heard it was healthy and I like the taste. Great as a salad dressing too.
