Dunno how you do it... I need 3 meals a day, not massive ones. But I get headaches if I go too long without food :pmsl:

Chinese swear by hot water with lemon for setting them up and clearing toxins from the body.

At work it depends who does the 'breakfast run', if it's Pickynose Pete, I usually skip it.

Weekends I have breakfast

I don’t, other than coffee.... never hungry until nearer lunch time!..... amazes me how people have an appetite immediately after rolling outta bed in the morning!

On the days I go to my mums, I don't eat breakfast. The days I stay home I may have breakfast but not for hours after I get up.

Porridge usually but I’m detoxing this week so warm water, lemon, honey, cayenne, apple cider vinegar in my morning mug.
Tastes like soup.

Cider vinegar ‘with mother’?..... apparently good for all kinds of things, but only if it’s ‘with mother’, not your supermarket stuff!

I don’t know what it’s doing for me but I heard it was healthy and I like the taste. Great as a salad dressing too.
