I used to think I needed caffeine and nicotine but I'm sharper without either now.

Oats, usually oats, either hot made with soya milk and a drizzle of honey or a variation on overnight oats if I am organised the night before. I like poached egg on toast, too.
And a massive mug of strong coffee. Lunch is usually a handful of nuts and fruit. Then I have an evening meal of usually chicken or fish. And I sneak in a small bit of chocolate somewhere; if virtuous good quality 70%, if decadent a bar of good old Cadbury's.
