Having kept chickens for a long time I've always eaten a lot of eggs.
Every which way.
A quick toast job in a morning with smashed eggs is an often one.
Medium heat pan with salt white pepper and butter and two eggs dropped in ... When the whites have almost but not quite formed I smash it all up turn the heat off and put a lid on the pan for about two minutes.
Soft and tasty .... to long and it dries out.
