How do you like yours?...... (I am so gonna get slated for yet another shit thread)

I love them in any shape or form.... but do love a good poached egg .... I gave up on all the various gadgets for poaching eggs, so now just do them in ramekins in a pan of boiling water.... perfect!

My favourite is a fried egg. Runny yolk every time. Fried in butter if possible with slightly crispy edges.

Second choice is devilled eggs.

I throw lots of good stuff in when I do scrambled egg. Onion, spinach, tomatoes, mushroom, peppers, and yes, cheese at the end. Good with sour cream too.

I love eggs, I like eggs cooked to go with certain things... Fry-up, it's got to be fried, with runny yolks (and in sandwiches). On toast it's got to be poached (and on muffins for Benedict or Royale) Scrambled eggs with ham, tomato, and cheese or smoked salmon. I've also like a fluffy baked egg too, they are a bit of a faff, so I only bother occasionally with them, and with whatever is going at the time.

Boiled - hard or soft.
Scrambled - a bit runny.
Poached - not too overdone.
Fried - not too overdone.

Some fish eggs.

I don't tend to add much stuff to cooked eggs, other than salt & pepper as frankly I cba. I know I should eat a more healthy diet, but extra time cooking/preparing meals is time wasted unless somebody else is doing it for me.
