No, it was JJ who said she cooks in bulk and freezes it for future use, not me …... not recently anyway.

I don't think she meant a whole year tho, xtras.
My God, you'd need pots & pans & casserole dishes as tall as yourself to cook a year's worth of food.
And a huge walk in freezer to store it all!

Dinnerladies have access to the facilities where you can cook a batch for an 18 month period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Picnic food. Made chicken tikka yesterday so will pack some of that, salad, rice, strawberries, blueberries.

I have a griddle... but yeh pans are the best.

Griddle pan is No 2 after the skillet, eggs go in the non-stick

I used to have a cast iron one but it went rusty!
