My street goes in consecutive order as well, there's only 6 houses l and they are all on one side of the street so I guess it would be pretty difficult to mix it up any other way

Technically yes, but nobody cares. I didn't even know about this little gem of information until today. Where my dad lives there are odd and even numbers on the same side of the road.

I've even seen streets where there are missing numbers. You've got a number 2, but the next one up is 6. The first time I saw that I shat myself.
