I sleep lightly, always have.
I do like a siesta and I find the sensation of sleep paralysis to be quite amusing during a nap, I can't be arsed to go full lucid so I mess around trying to move my arms and legs.

Is that what it is? I just call it 'sleeping no sleeping'. I stopped doing that as it took sleep minutes away at night.. some nights an hours sleep then im awake the whole night. Annoying.

For a short time I shared a place with someone who had night terrors. Advice being get a lock for the bedroom door. They burst in screaming then pissed on the bed.

No shitting in the street as this is one scary thread
One of the spooky things about night terrors is that you may not know you have them if you live alone.
Maybe that’s a good thing, what you don’t know can’t scare you?
Hi BP
You live alone, babe????
When I've been home alone, before we converted the humble home, on dark winters days any creaking/etc
turned me into a little shaking pussy. Now with more light loads of it, sound sytem on around the humbl home, lights on around the home on stars landing most of the time,
not as scary but is when I watche a film like the Shinning

That's interesting if it's true. Lots of ex soldiers have these night terrors along with ptsd. I wish more people could witness it. We're not designed to see horrors and it not deeply effect us.

He had spent time in the army in Northern Ireland. The pissing thing was a fairly regular occurance, airing cupboards, random corners. he also used to go around at night flinging doors open and moaning. Never actually attacked anyone though.
Has anyone heard of sexsomnia? Someone I worked with claimed to have it and it's basically raping people in their sleep. Given he had a somewhat shady reputation and attitude to women I wondered whether it was more about his fantasy life than anything.
