Whenever it was convenient yep Total shytebag of a human being really.

That’s why I wonder if they could ever really love someone.

If they do it's probably not like normal people feel it.

They love how good that Trophy partner makes them look. But wouldn’t miss them if they weren’t around.

Politics is full of narcs and sociopaths

I totally agree but I know and have met quite a few MP's, MEP's and even a former PM who were thoroughly decent people to talk to, the only tosser that comes to mind is Kevin Foster (Con, Torbay).

Yea but are they the ones who manage to scrabble their way to the top of the tree

With Trophy partners/wives.
How did it get this far?

Clever rich people pushing forward flawed people with simple answers to difficult questions so that they may gain by gambling on results that they had influenced. One day we may learn and counter this with a decent education system that pushes critical thinking.

It’s no coincidence that education and experts have been criticised and looked down on by certain parts of the media and government in recent years.
Gove actually showed the contempt towards educators that Mogg showed Parliament when he lay down in the HOC.

Gove had Cummings as his SPAD during his time at education, says it all...
