Nothing wrong with freezing meat.

It buggers up the texture unless it's done in a blast freezer, the water content in the muscle tissue expands slowly before freezing and this affects the taste as well. A blast freezer takes the food down to a core temp of -18°C within a few minutes which stops the expansion.

Yes but we all have meat in the freezer at home and it can be cooked just fine.
