Went a bot peckish.
Grilled some short back bacon,. put it on 2 toast with pecorino cheese on top melted, added sprinkle Modena balsamic vinegar, boy boy do I like this snack, but do not over cheese it as it is strong.

Sounds nice, Major.... cheese and bacon together :razz: .... never had that type of cheese though!

Fried rice with a variety of peppers, mushrooms, chicken & prawn pieces, leftover from yesterday.
Forgot to add ginger but it was delish.
