Probably Caribbean fish, with mixed peppers and some mash.

Burgers (no buns) with a load of vegetables. Doing a veg tray bake of potato and carrot wedges, onion, tomato, peppers and garlic. Will boil up some peas and maybe even some green beans too, plenty of ketchup to go with it all.

I haven’t found a mince that quite cuts it so I’ll have to look out for that.
Do they list all the things they’ve added to it to get the right texture?
Some add too much salt. :shake head:

Roast chicken breast, mash and peas, I really fancy it for tea. I'm going to pick the legs later for stir fry and boil the rest off for stock, I did the carcass last night and made three portions of soup ready for warming up with some noodles.

Be sure not to waste any of it! :kinell:

I just baked some ‘Greggs’ bacon and cheese wraps.... bigger, thicker bacon and more cheese than Greggs piss poor specimens! :canny:

Had the stir fry, it was lush  Bones are simmering off and making the place warm enough to keep off the heating, also the house smells of delicious chicken
