I will try it. I’ll spice it up for some samosa filling. See if my lot can tell it’s not meat.

Chicken and chips I think although as I went to type it the idea of chicken chasseur popped into my head. Haven't had that in ages. Will have to fix that soon if not today.

Have you ever tried Haggis ? Haggis pakora and samosa are both very popular up here.

Never tried Haggis. It may be nice but the idea of it puts me off. Same with black pudding, kidney and liver.
Oh and snails, I just couldn’t eat them.

Going to attempt to make some in the air fryer this year. Spray with a little oil and see if it works. Fingers crossed.

We had a lovely tea tonight... I fried some chopped bacon and leeks in butter, added chicken, herbs and seasoning... cream to make the sauce... then put a puff pastry crust on top in the oven.... delicious! :Wiiiine!:

That’s how I make my chicken pie, except I use flour, milk and chicken stock to thicken it. Add some mustard and garlic too for flavouring.

Something simple tonight. Barley risotto or mushroom soup with croutons (chopped buttered toast), depends on the mood.

I’m having a right faff with this. The fillings very good but I’ve messed up the dough somehow, It won’t roll. :ooer:
