I very rarely drink alcohol anyway, so I wouldn't notice the difference.

I do think January is a good time to give things up if you want to give them up - new year and all that. I've given up chocolate for January.

Going by your forum intake of food & drink you are one foot on the hospital trolley...
A lot of people have changed their eating & drinking habits for health reason or just to stay healthy nothing at all wrong with that.

You keep stuffing your face with your toad in the hole wrapped in bacon???
Cottage pie and all those other fantastic menus yiubput together...

By the way do You have weighing scales in your home :kinell:

I'm off the drink just now to give my liver a rest after Christmas but not doing dry January, I'll be having wine before the end of the month.

I didn't know about the veganuary thing, I don't eat meat but not really a vegetarian as I occasionally have fish.

I think I'd have to be about 7 stone to fit into 8/10 jeans. :gigglesnshit:

Fucking hell. Mine are now 48 waist. Buy them from BigDudes.com. When I got married in Aug. '92 I was 32 waist.

The wife's size 18-20 lol. Keep telling her to get her BP checked.
