Comparing the UK unfavorably with UAE

In the Daily Mail, there was a news article about someone being arrested for a seemingly minor incident at an airport. Many of the comments were in favor of defending UAE and comparing unfavorably with them.

Because of this, can I set the fire alarm off in the Smith & Nephew factory in Hull to vent my frustration?
