Again. The house was a tip last night with the workmen in so I couldn't be botherd cooking. We had a Pasta bake thing from ASDA that was actually really nice. Today, I have cleaned and ironed and marinated and the boys had chicken fried rice (I make a mean one) and we're having Fajitas. Next Sunday, I will make a normal Sunday dinner

Roast pork? Lovely. I couldn't eat the crackling though. I even remove fat from bacon before I cook it. My Aunty loves crispy fat. I quite like crispy roast chicken skin
