Club Statement.

Charles Green approached the club prior to his arrest and demanded we pay his legal costs in respect of his cooperation with Police Scotland into their investigation into his time as an officer of the club.

I advised him we would not do so.

He was subsequently arrested and has now approached the court to compel the club to pay his legal costs to his defence to the criminal charges.

This application will be strongly resisted.

Craig Whyte as he was leaving court.

It's hardly surprising feelings were running high.

Some people need to research things, before the engage fingers and type things out.

I'm referring to the American Journalist, who was forced to make a grovelling apology after saying the Ibrox Disaster was caused by "Hooliganism" by Rangers fans.

Rangers said the remarks were highly offensive and even some Celtic fans contacted the newspaper to complain about what they'd printed.

Sixty-Six Rangers fans were killed and more than 200 were injured in the Disaster that took place on the 2nd of January 1971.

Rangers aren't playing until tomorrow, when they take on Greenock Morton!!

Rangers haven't played Morton for fifteen years and the Gers, have had many easy victories over them.

7-0 5-0 4-0

I don't see things being any different tomorrow.

Police in America are trying to find Imran Ahmad and Brian Stockbridge, after they fled to America, to avoid being questioned by the police about their part in the shady goings on at Rangers.

Even if the police do manage to find them, it could be years before they're returned to Scotland. Image

Of course another crook called Rafat Rizvi, spent an awful lot of time in Govan wearing a Rangers tie and rubbing shoulders with the Rangers directors and he's wanted by Interpol.

The stuff that has happened at Rangers over the last few years, beggars belief!!

The games are about to start..

So Image the Dons win and the Jambos also win today!!

Aberdeen haven't won the title for thirty years and nothing would give me greater pleasure than seeing red and white ribbons on the trophy next May. :wubbers:

Actually that's not true!!

I hate Aberdeen and they hate Rangers!!

It's just i hate Celtic more and i'd cheer on any team, if it stopped those scumbags winning the title again.

It looks like Creamy's mob have chucked it!!

That's just typical from the Sheep Shaggers!!

There is only one team, who can stop those cunts winning the SPL title and they're in the Championship at the moment!!

However!!

We'll be back next season to put an end to their run.

Jackie McNamara has been "Relieved" of his manager duties at Scumdee United!!

Get it up ye!!

McNamara was one of those tits that spent every game Old Firm game, looking for a Rangers player to kick lumps out of!!

He was a wee bloke as well, but he thought he was "ard"

He was a tosser!!

Image

And he was very lucky that day, Mark Hateley didn't retaliate!!

Good game that!!

It had a bit of everything..

Fights, sending's-off and the Rangers players mocking Celtic at the end with a "Huddle"

Their fans were sick!!

Jackie McNamara was playing for Celtic and he was being his usually twatish self.

Oh and his claim for a penalty near the end, was one of the most ridiculous i've ever seen.

He's running through on goal and he falls flat on his face and he screams for a penalty!! Image

Back to the League today for Rangers and the lads will have put the disappointment of the League Cup defeat during the week behind them.

I think it could be time to knock the League Cup on it's head!!

Nobody really bothers with it and current Cup Holders Celtic had their lowest home crowd in 21 years for their game against Raith Rovers.

Scottish Championship

Greenock Morton v Glasgow Rangers.

Kick off 12:30 pm.

As i was saying earlier, the lads will have learned from the mistakes they made against St Johnstone and they'll make sure it doesn't happen today.

Despite being the better team, Rangers payed the price of sloppy defending.

Rangers haven't played Morton for fifteen years, when they played them in the Scottish Cup.

That game finished 1-0 for Rangers and i'm sure they'll have no problems beating them today as they continue their unbeaten run in the League.

Come On Rangers!!
