Got half a shoulder of baa lamb in the oven gently roasting away with a jacket spud for company, not thought about the veggies yet :drool:

Wotcha Pokes :wubbers: I've got some French beans hanging around in the fridge and some peas and sweetcorn on the freezer, think I'll do some sort of red wine, butter and stock combo for the sauce.
