Just going down to the restaurant to see. Love being spoilt!

I've only had it the once and it was straight off the boat.
I placed it on some foil and put a big knob of butter a little ginger some garlic some salt and some lemon slices on it oh and white pepper ... wrapped it up tightly in the foil so nothing could leak out placed it in a roasting tin with lid and bunged it in a hot oven for about fifteen minutes ... I was in heaven.

So why have you only had it the once, Jack? Sometimes, "heaven" can be much closer to home Your recipe sounds good and I'll be giving it a try next time

...nah, it's always 'bleu' or 'à point' for me, depending on whether I have sirloin or fillet steak ...
