I placed it on some foil and put a big knob of butter a little ginger some garlic some salt and some lemon slices on it oh and white pepper ... wrapped it up tightly in the foil so nothing could leak out placed it in a roasting tin with lid and bunged it in a hot oven for about fifteen minutes ... I was in heaven.
