I love Sea Bass - my late ex wife's partner had a boat in Brighton taking fishing trips. When my daughter came to see my she would always bring stuff from the catch - Sea Bass was always my favourite.

If you like fish, you'd almost certainly enjoy sea bass, Pokes. Loads of ways to cook it, but I prefer it simply pan fried with a little drizzle of freshly squeezed lemon juice

It's my favourite fish, too, and also freely available out here. I know you're a bit of a Marco Pierre White on the quiet - so give Pokes a quick recipe, so she can try it too
