BAME want to increase the number of black managers in England by ending a "Silo" mentality and that exits there.

Figures show that only 23 out of 552 coaches in England are black.

That's a disgusting figure and it shows racism is alive and well in English football.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Chelsea player in connection with a sex assault.

You know!!!

Scottish football might not have the same amount of money or the same global appeal as football in England, but at least our leagues aren't full of perverts.

Every other week, a player in England has the Polis after him.

How do you make that out? ...... all it proves is that many black men who want to be football coaches aren't that good at it.

This was a charge raised by John Barnes when he became a manager - he blamed his lack of success on his colour - many players and others he worked with had a different interpretation - the bloke was fucking useless.

Here we go again though, we never learn from the past, positive discrimination never worked outside football - why think it will in football. :dunno:

Brazil is where these two players come from, Canadian Police have issued the arrest warrants after it was alleged they inappropriately molested two girls in a Toronto nightclub. The Chelsea player has been on their books since 2011 but has only played a handful of minutes for them, he is currently on loan to Reading.

I wasn't being serious.

I was just havering, because i thought it sounded good.

I think John Barnes is the only black manager we've ever had in Scotland and Celtic ended up sacking him because, they're dream manager, turned into a nightmare.

The article I read, implied he was a first team regular at Chelsea.

Arsenal have a huge game tomorrow against Swansea and it's hardly surprising Arsenal fans like TJ, are nervous!!

Arsene's lads don't have a good record, against Swansea.

The Gunners didn't manage to beat them, home or away last season.

You know!!

Arsenal would be top of the table, if their goal difference wasn't so inferior to Man City's.

Rangers goal difference is twenty-eight, that's the best in the UK!!

Arsenal don't have a great record, against Rangers either!!

The highest scoreline in a game between the two teams was 4-2 and it was Arsenal, who were on the receiving end of it.

As usual, the sports media and pundits are giving Arsene Wenger pelters about his Injury list of players, in some quarters being personally blamed for some of them.

Just to put things into perspective Mikel Arteta, Thomas Rosicky, Jack Wilshire and Danny Welbeck have been long term casualties going back into last season. Rosicky has always been injury prone, his age doesn't help speedy recovery, Arteta is the same.

Wilshire and Welbeck are magnets for damage they have inherent weaknesses in their bodies, it's just something that has to be accepted or not because they are both game changers when fit.

Recent injuries, Ramsey, Walcott and Chamberlain are out, more as precautionary measures - they could play on with those injuries but would be totalled in the second half of the season.

So it isn't as bad as everyone is making out, it's a long season and you have to have a plan to get through it with as little affect on overall performance as possible.

Arsenal's injuries are down to incompetent training methods.

The training system is a farce at Arsenal, but what do you expect?

You pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

Actually!!

I hope Arsenal win tomorrow and a few other results go their way, because it would put them clear at the top of the table.

Oh and the fact TJ couldn't care less about the Weegies v Edinbuggers game on Sunday, which could see Rangers unbeaten run end and their lead pulled back to six points!!

Won't stop me wishing the Gunners luck, because i'm nice.. :wubbers:
