Anyway moving on from the dire football in England, there's a massive game in Scotland today.

Hibs v Rangers!!

Rangers are going for their 12th straight victory in the League today and their 3rd win over the Edinbuggers since the season started.

A win for the Glasgow lads would seem them stretch their lead to eleven points, a win for Hibs would see their lead reduced to six points and a draw, would leave things as they are.

Nathan Oduwa is back from injury, which is good news!!

Kenny Miller is a doubt, which is even better news!!

Long term injuries David Templeton and Cammy Bell are still out, other than them Mark Warburton has a full squad to choose from!!

So come this afternoon Rangers will either be 5, 8 or 11 points ahead at the top of the table.

Rangers are playing a team of cunts, who are managed by a cunt, so we want to beat them and say fuck you Hibs!!

If Arsenal were playing a team you hated!!

Would you say, oh never mind the result, because we'll still be top of the table whatever happens.

Hibs are Endinburgh's answer to Celtic and there's nothing they'd like more, than stopping Rangers unbeaten run!!

What has surprised and pleased me about Arsenal's performances this season, is their willingness to play in different ways and Wenger's willingness to allow it.

We saw signs of this last season, when the Gunners went to a rampant Manchester City and beat them 0-2 by allowing themselves to concede much of the possession.

Wenger has been far more selective in his tactics, and has picked his games more carefully as to when to playing flowing and attacking football and when to sit back a little, concede some of the possession and hit on the break, yesterday he did just that to great effect.

Swansea did the double over us last season by sitting back for 95% of the game, then hitting us off guard with one or two attacks on the break and getting lucky with them.

Yesterday the Gunners let Swansea come at them and for the first half take control of the game, overall possession was 54% in Swansea's favour.

When they came out second half, Swansea must have thought 'we've caught Arsenal on an off day, more of the same this half and we'll win this' .... it didn't happen because the Gunners completely changed their emphasis and took back control of the game, playing the football they are renowned for.

The other factor which is helping us immensely is the players fitness and stamina, without doubt the Arsenal side is the fittest in the league - in many of the games we've allowed the opposition to run themselves ragged and by the middle of the second half, they become physically knackered, the Gunners then just move up a gear or two, and finish them off.

You've already beaten them twice this season, what's Hibs got that's new this time round? ....... nothing I suspect so you'll win again ..... a bit like Bayern Munich do every week. :again?:

We want to win the title, not arse about in the Play-offs.

Some people seem unaware of the the Weegies v Edinbuggers rivalry. Image

Talking of Bayern Munich, we must put the elation of a fifth league victory in a row behind us now and look towards Wednesday evening. The games come thick and fast and pressure is relentless for the Premier league sides in Europe.

The Arsenal players will probably go in this morning for a light warm down session and a debriefing on yesterday, then I guess Wenger will send them home to rest and relax before coming back to London Colney tomorrow morning in preparation for the trip to Bavaria.

Ideally, we'd like something from the game but even if we lose, all is not lost, though it might depend on other results in the group - nevertheless we will try our best despite having had a tough game to recover from and the trip to Germany.

Munich by contrast will be nice and rested, having taken a stroll in the Bundesliga last Friday evening, using it as a training session and to bed in players returning from injury. They had no need to beat their opponents Eintracht Frankfurt, they have to all intents and purposes already won the Bundesliga this early in the season.

I'm hoping that no Arsenal players are carrying any knocks into the game and also hoping that Wenger will stick with Joel Campbell who played to great effect yesterday in his first start and full Premier league game, in which he scored.

As usual, when everyone outside Arsenal thinks that Wenger has 'fucked up' - more often than not he has something up his sleeve to surprise them, Joel Campbell is his ace up the sleeve, this time around.

It seems Tony Pulis was fighting the referee in the tunnell, following his teams defeat at Leicester yesterday.

There does seem to be a lot of thuggery, amongst managers in English football.

Nigel Pearson tried to murder James McArthur, Arsene Wenger assaulted José Mourniho and there's been plenty other incidents.

There you go again!!

There's pressure in ever league, not just the EPL!!

You only think it's great because Arsenal play in it, nobody up here thinks its wonderful!!
