Perhaps now Labour will start listening to their Northern working class supporters because it was they who won it for Brexit.

Listen to them?
It's almost impossible to understand what they say.
And they have dirty fingernails, keep pigeons and probably don't even know what quinoa is.

they are irrelevant for the time being. they are not swing voters, just labour drones. Conservative support base just consolidated the UKIP vote though which was big in 2015

The working classes are never irrelevant.

It's the Cuntservatives who have cause most of the hardship for ordinary people - they are going to have to justify that saving of £350 million a week now.

If public services do not improve people will want to know the reason why.

facebook is where the action is. tears aplenty. SJWs bemoaning being divisive/facsim etc. well democracy has spoken, put up now and support it, or are they going to be "devisive"?

like it or lump it we have voted out. time to get together and make it work. come on SJWs money where mouth is and support the effort.

once you've dried your eyes of course. :gigglesnshit:

The people have spoken.

It's up to our glorious leaders on both sides to sort it.

They will have to earn their salaries for a change.

They won't though... and the government will blame the fact they have to subsidise the farmers or that some defence thingy is really needed or to support the economy because we have to pay tariffs. The only way ordinary working class people will see any of that money is if it happens to be their job to count it before it is paid to someone else.

(Yes, I am a disappointed Remain voter :D )

northern working class constituencies are irrelevant. they do not win GE. if labour want back in power they have to win over the middleclass. middle class vote for aspiration/small government/self help- basically tony blair. corbyn aint got a chance, no matter how many working class northern labour safe seats he appeals too.

We all know voting out will mean short term pain. things are going to get tighter for a few years. i voted out as i have confidence in the country to weather this and emerge better on the other side.

dont fear change-exploit it.

Not sure that's accurate.

Canny's already turned up here and announced she's retiring to Thailand. :pmsl:

Morning Jes. :Hiya:

I voted remain.

But that is democracy in action.

I fear you may be right about the money but perhaps people will begin to hold their individual MP's to account no longer just on blind party lines. :dunno:
