By the way..

I wonder what it is about Celtic and statues.

You can't move outside Parkhead for them.

There's one of Jock Stein, Jimmy Johnstone, Billy McNeill and Brother Wilfrid.

At least Rangers only have one statue outside Ibrox.

It's of John Greig and it was put up to remember the victims of the Ibrox Disaster.

The deluded bunch from the East of Glasgow are claiming, Rangers don't behave with dignity and our Chairman Dave King is an undignified nutcase.

You couldn't make it up.

It would seem the Bhoys are getting rather worried ahead of the new season and I can't blame them.

Rangers are spending and they aren't.

Three in a row ain't happening.

Pedro has dropped six first team players from the squad to face Progress on Thursday for the Europa League game.

Rob Keirnan, Andy Halliday, Harry Forrester, Dean Crooks, Michael O'Halleron and Joe Dodoo have all been left out of the list submitted to UEFA.

Seven of our new signings have been included though.

That's they way Peds, there were far to many passengers in the Rangers team last season.

The game between Germany's under 21's and England's under 21's has just kicked off as they battle it out for a place in the Final of the under 21 European Championship.

It should be a good game and here's hoping for a convincing victory.

Poor old England's hopes of conquering Europe went tits up after they went out on penalties to Germany last night.

I was gutted for them...

I bet the television listings have been changed for tonight and "How the war was won" will be shown on the BBC.

I've supported Rangers for more than thirty years and in that time, there's been Celtic players i haven't bothered my arse with, because they don't go out of they're way to antagonise Rangers fans.

Then you get the bitter bastards, who hate Rangers so much they can't hide it.

Joe Miller was one such player and he hated Rangers with a passion.

Well as everyone knows Rangers are a predominantly Protestant club and Celtic's support is predominantly Catholic.

Linfield are a Northern Irish version of Rangers and they could be playing Celtic in the Champions League and people have voiced concerns over sectarianism.

Well Miller thought, he would stir the pot by saying when he was at Aberdeen, he played against Linfield and he suffered ninety minutes of abuse and was also abused in the street.

Well...Wee Joe's story has been checked out (Not before the Daily Rebel published it) and Aberdeen have Never played Linfield.

What a lying cunt.

Linfield beat La Fiorita 1-0 last night and are looking good for the return leg and hopefully they'll meet the rebel rousers in the second round.

The game against the scumbags, could earn Davie Healy's lads a million pounds.

In just over three hours time our six year absence from Europe will be at an end.

Turfed out the top-tier of Scottish football and then forced to play our way up from the third division was a nightmare.

However Rangers are back in the SPL and finally back in Europe and tonight will be a very proud night for me.

A lot of our new lads will take to the field against Progress and then of course, there's the return leg against them.

We then have to play a further six games to make the group stages but we'll get there.

Result from last night's Europa League qualifiers..

Glasgow Rangers 1 Progress 0

So the Gers made a winning start on they're returned to Europe after six years and although i'm disappointed, we only scored one goal a wins and win.

Kenny Miller scored the only goal of the game and the star man for Rangers for Niko Kranjcar, who has finally returned to the squad after being out injured sine last October.

The Gers play the second leg on Tuesday.
