Exactly which employers DON'T think that way ?
Oh, and just to mention, there isn't ONE farm looking for labour, there are THOUSANDS. The market is very competitive, and they have to pay to get workers.
Hard workers. Exploited workers. The transient nature of farm labour means they are always looking for workers.
Your whole poor farmer schtick is you swallowing their self interested remoaner sob story.
The market forces will swing back and these farmers will pay more to enable our labour force to be able to take the work. Or they wont and will go bust. But thats brexit. Some ride the change and exploit the opportunity. Others remoan and dont. Dont be a luddite. Dont be a trevgo.
You are rambling.
And oblivious to the facts.
Farmers get paid by supermarkets, who NEVER want to pay more to subsidise production costs. Remember milk ?
So where will this extra money to overpay Brits come from ? The all new Tory Money Tree ?
Of course, if the prices to supermarkets do rise, who do you think will ultimately pay ?
Economics 101 - the consumer ALWAYS pays.
