Ah, the eternal Lucy debate.
I don't agree with her attitude but quite often agree with her points. She's not as good at putting her point across as Minnie. The poster that annoys me most on the gender threads is Whedonite though (apart from actually believing that Joss Whedon is actually a feminist, rather than exploring his lesbian fantasies) she is pretty much a slightly less wordy Cornish Piskie.

I agree, I've defended her here ages ago because of the constant attacks about being thick, gobby yes thick no. If shes using someone elses pics then I'd want to see proof before slamming her over what amounts to lying about her age. I think she's pissed people off with her attitude at times (although she can also be very sweet) but because of the attitude people are happy to see pot shots taken at her.

Interesting Lambert that you know her pics can't be found, looked before did you? I can't stand Piskie but don't mind Whedonite. A.Maurlis is a bit of a prat, and I'm no fan of Ted Cumberblast of Gilberto either.

Yep. Someone's obviously a bit miffed about Lucy's lies being posted here. It's almost as if they have a vested interest in maintaining the integrity of that persona...

I was talking to a good mate of mine, Bob the builder(he's a scaffolder and built like a brick shithouse) down the pub. She works there as a barmaid.

He says to her 'I hear you're called 'Juicy Lucy'.

She replied 'Maybe, but you'll never get a chance to find out'.

Bob's married anyway, so he was just taking the piss.

Typical pub conversation my way.

Oh, we had a mentalist come in today, shouting the odds at everybody. Most likely coked up and on various other gear. She had earlier got caught for nicking stuff from Farmfoods and literally threw it back in their face. Anyway, she comes into the pub effing and blinding and Connor (barstaff) plus another bloke had to physically restrain her outside the pub until the police turned up to cart her away.

Great entertainment I must say.

According to you if anyone disagrees with you they are either her , or multiple posting. I can't speak for the other guests but I',m laughing - because you do seem particularly invested and I doubt that's got anything to do with you looking out for other posters.

I like Lucy as a poster, sure we've had a run-in or two, we have an understanding now. I'd rather her than the bland FMs, she is good value. I couldn't really care less if the pics and story are her or not, she is somewhat feisty and ranty for sure, but again, as I say it is better than the extremely bland and boring types.

I, on the other hand, prefer my ties short, that is finishing above the waistband.

I wear my tie so it just touches my wasteband.

End of the tie should sit on the trouser belt when standing.

I switched to clip-ons a few years ago

The only time I wear a tie is for weddings and funerals. I use a Windsor knot and the tie finishes just above my belt.

We eat out a lot, so my wife and I sometimes play "spot the tie," quite often we never do.

In my job I wore good suits, Ben Sherman or similar white shirts, a good tie and polished shoes.

I've a lot of what can be described as "smart casual" clothes.

Like a high percentage of DS members they bring it on themselves. I have had a terrible time with men over the years but I dont hate men I just met some crap men and made bad choices.
