My lad was going to take me out for Sunday lunch but he's brassic.

Of course I had plan B ready :mrgreen:

Belly pork slices skewered together, salted and baked at the top of the oven on high until the crackling forms and then dropped to the bottom to gently break down the soft bone tissue. Mini roast spuds and some baked local curly kale, smothered in onion gravy :drool:
