Couscous.
A pleasure to cook with, it readily absorbs the flavour of the lamb, chicken or fish stock you boil it in.
You can do a one-pot version, throwing in veg, peppers, onions and meat pieces into the mix.

Warm salad of cannellini beans, baby plumb toms, peppers, onion, dash of vinegar, bit of brown sugar, rosemary and olive oil with salmon.

Smoothie for a sweet treat.
