Sounds nice. :cuppaT:

I am having spicy Mexican bean and chicken soup and then roast beef, onion and mustard sandwiches later. :grub:

That sounds good too. Love beef and mustard.

Some foods are just made for one another and beef with mustard is a gorgeous combination.

Leeky mash sounds good. I must try it sometime. Thanks...any new ideas always welcome.

Leeky mash is great as is cheese and leek mash topping a cottage pie, delish.

It's a bastardised version of a Delia recipe.

I have put curls of Leek on top of cottage pie before. It's nice when it goes brown and crunchy in the oven.
I have just never thought of mixing it in with the mash. But it's something I will def be trying. :smilin:

If you do, fry it in butter first and don't add anything else to the potatoes you mash or they will go too soft. Especially if you add cheese also.

We had Fajitas tonight.

I'm having them tomorrow! Not something I have regularly but enjoy them about twice a year.

Aye, I'm in one of those moods where I don't know what I want. I forgot I had a toffee crumble ice lolly too.
