Home made tuna sarnie. An upmarket job with oatmeal bread, mayo, cucumber, spring onions, black pepper and fresh (ok freshly-defrosted) tuna. Too nice!!

Only two of us tonight so not cooking. Just bought a Chicken and Bacon Pasta Bake from Tesco and we are having that tonight. Tomorrow I will make a roast beef dinner for 6.

A leek, smoked salmon and cheese frittata. I've just fried the leeks and garlic up in butter ready for later. Probably have an oven version of fried potatoes and some salad with it.

I love it, it's really refreshing. I bung loads of fresh chillis on the top.

I've got a whole leg of de-boned Australian lamb defrosting for tomorrow. I'll cut it and dress it later and stuff it with garlic, rosemary and breadcrumbs and leave it to rest in the fridge overnight. Well half of it anyway!

The other half will be cut up for a lamb stew on Monday.

Aussie lamb is Halal but Jesus is an Islamic prophet and I don't give a shit anyway :smilin:

I am not having that prawn curry tonight :bawlin:

I’m having chicken with butter beans and pesto and greens. I’m gutted.
