I don’t think I’ve ever had a stodgy crumble.

I was gluten free for a while and invented my own crumble from roasted oats and crushed cashew nuts. Again :drool:

That sounds like an interesting combination. Might give it a whirl next time I make crumble.

Come back and tell us what she made, please. :mrgreen: I like putting gnocchi in a casserole with sausages and pasta sauce and bake it with cheese. :smilin:

I've had a small mackerel salad. Leek and cauli soup on the hob for later, might stir in some mustard.

Fish tomorrow and lamb on Sunday. Real chips but I'm thinking of battering them first.
