We had Fajitas tonight.

I'm having them tomorrow! Not something I have regularly but enjoy them about twice a year.

We don't have them very often either, and to be honest I'm not really that keen on them. lol I don't like the texture of wraps much.
My husband likes them so I do them for him, but he won't be getting them again for a long while.

Oh my, we are the same on this. I am not keen on tortillas, prefer pittas and every damn time I say I will do them in a pitta for me next time and then forget! They were nice tonight though but enough for a good few months.

I am having spicy Mexican bean and chicken soup and then roast beef, onion and mustard sandwiches later.

That sounds good too. Love beef and mustard.

Some foods are just made for one another and beef with mustard is a gorgeous combination.

You should, it has that norty but nice quality. Has to be white bread though, with butter and ketchup.
