Alternate ibuprofen and paracetamol every 2 hours and buy some ibuprofen gel to rub in :thumbsup:

I bet the stooped old man walking is not helping, Gabby has good suggestions. Other alternative is lie on your back for a week and not move

What’s wrong with your back, Keys?


It just went NN - both my Dad and his dad (RIP) had terrible back trouble so I am lucky to have escaped it until now. :smilin:
