Oh yeah.... and where do you store your candlesticks after you bring them home? :fatcow:

:gigglesnshit:

My Stepford wife deals with that kind of thing. :ooer:

Industry secret: Crap bread smothered with salad creme and filled with perfectly fried Birdseye fish fingers is probably the best meal ever.

As usual you’re about 2 days too late...

It's not a wasted effort, as the info may come in useful for next time and the whole article is worth a read anyway. Unlike you Dean, I'm not hovering around the submit button 24/7.

Yeah. I booked through Trainline both ways, but separately as wasn’t sure when I was returning..... apparently some journeys don’t give the option of etickets though..... i’ll know next time

Best to use the National Rail app.

National Rail doesn't sell tickets, but apparently directs you to the relevant TOC for the journey you intend to make.

Is bread really really expensive where you are?

It may be a case of cutting down on food waste which we as a nation should be ashamed of.

It’s no wonder nobody likes you. Weirdo...

I'm sure there are any number of better reasons than how I store my bread. :woteva: :gigglesnshit:

Just buy or bake fresh bread, WTF is wrong with you?

And in the summer it will have gone off before you can eat it all if you don't put it in the fridge or freeze it.

Bread has never gone off - nor do we freeze it. But thanks for the tip.

Oh, we do use a bread bag for storage perhaps that's why.

A loaf of bread lasts about 5 seconds in my gaff. Don’t think I’ve ever had one go off...

I remember years ago, I was just about to take a bite of a piece and my wee sister roaring ‘***** (my name) stop, it’s got a beard.

It wasn’t even out of date, it had just got damp and green actually furry bits were all along the side.

The cooler the bread the quicker it stales.

You’re best either keeping it at room temp wrapped in plastic, or freezing it if you need it to last longer. You can reverse a bit of stealing by reheating too, as long as it has been wrapped.
