Physio was a gigantic waste of time and I feel an arse for going.

Movement in my wrist isn’t as good as my good wrist, but it’s better than average wrist movement.
Strength is shit, but now I know I can train it again I’ll sort that out.

I needed it two weeks ago when my cast came off, not after I’ve fumbled about to get the movement back myself.

Also prune juice has leaked in the fridge and it's all over the door and the inside of the freezer door, so when I pulled the freezer open some of the door rubber pung off.
