I thought you'd written flip flop, and I was thinking - that's a plan. :slap:

I found that telling them shit particles get everywhere, and leaving things like toothbrushes out in the open, instead of covered isn't a good idea. Worked, and it's true. Result!

Movement in my wrist isn’t as good as my good wrist, but it’s better than average wrist movement.
Strength is shit, but now I know I can train it again I’ll sort that out.

I needed it two weeks ago when my cast came off, not after I’ve fumbled about to get the movement back myself.

you going to be ok for your upcoming trip? :ooer:

You're right. Physio these days IS a waste of time. The attitude these days in the physiotherapy profession is to be more or less "hands off". All they do is make pointless suggestions and print off a sheet of exercises from their PhysioTools website and hand it to you. I was referred to physio for chronic neck pain... and she suggested that I ought to walk briskly for 30 minutes every day.

It's my bloody neck that's the problem - you arse! :grrrrr:

I'd avoid physios like the plague these days and if I need any sort of physical therapy, I go to an osteopath. They actually DO things.

I don't know how to start a sub-forum, so we have to wait for Stooo...but it's a great idea!

Having thought about it, I guess I actually do know :gigglesnshit:

No don’t. It’s the only thread in the arms where people aren’t rowing.
Well not much.

It’s a light relief from bitchin. Unless dickheads do a Snuffs and start posting hate videos.

Looking at you Hobbit, jp, NN, Nucks.

Hate videos?
Lolwat.

:gigglesnshit:

Gotta be up there with "Vamoose accused me of driving you away from Dogs!" (to Dimples)

Desperate... :dunno:

Isn't better to simply ask men to bring their own hygiene products when they stay over? :dunno:

You just described my physio session.
Everything she suggested I’d been doing already at home, and more. It would have been as easy for my doctor to give me the sheet and tell me I should continue as normal at my last appointment with him.

They’re sending my mum for physio for her neck How did you stop yourself nutting them when they told you to walk it off? :yikes:
