I usually buy it at out local Chinese and it's pretty good, but the one he bought home this evening from town ( Wellington ) was out of this world. The chicken pieces were so succulent and the hotness was just right, not too hot but it still had a good bite to it. Oh and they chucked in a huge handful of roasted cashew nuts, which made it even more delicious. I will be dreaming about it tonight

Sounds good! (not a euphemism is it? :paranoid: ). How are you Holly? :Hiya:
ATM i'm chavving it up with some babybels - yep that cheap stuff.
Might work my way up to some mature cheddar.
We may do Nandos tonight.

I'm OK Canny, thanks for asking :smilin:

I actually love those little babybels, I could eat the whole full net thingy they come in.
Enjoy your dinner

It might get you a police escort out of the premises to the nearest psychiatric unit...

I'll have a word with the maitre d' to ensure this happens with the minimum of fuss because I'm nice like that.

Roast Chook with a Mushroom, Cream and Brandy sauce accompanied with Lyonaisse Potatoes.
Strawbs and cream for pud.

This sundays tipple is a Pouilly Fume which I love, but don't have often enough.

You've been watching too much Triple D!! Seem like all I've done this weekend is cook. There was no Biryani and Veggie Curry left in the freezer, so that had to be done, i've made some homemade yoghourt and a White Peach compote to go underneath it for puds during the week, I've prepped the chicken for tonight, the stock is on for the sauce and i've yet to get the Lyonaisse ready.

It hasn't bloody stopped. But really.....

Last roast in this house.

Fillet of beef tossed in chicken fat, and covered in a wholemeal mustard, salt and pepper rub, sealed in a skillet and roasted for around twenty minutes. Yorkies, roasts spuds, steamed veg, the whole bit... :grub:

Sounds lush! When you say 'last' ... are there to be no more, or are you just referring to what you scoffed last? :smilin:
