Spit and sawdust pub, run by Indian Sikhs. One room for a bar with pool matches and sports screens, another room for eating/restaurant. Mainly used by Indians but all are welcome. Quite a few of them in Brum. Hope that helps...

Spaghetti carbonara (Jamie Oliver recipe.)

Looking forward to it and hopefully the wife will rustle up some ciabatta garlic bread as well.
