Of course leaving the EU will bring it's own set of problems, no one's saying there won't be issues, but by leaving the EU, we will escape EU-related problems further down the road. Suddenly it ain't Project Fear, it's Project Reality. The deals aren't there. The issues with leaving pile up, and loom large. And the 'benefits' are quietly being shunted off into the far distance.
